Back to THE STREAM On Monday, March 23, 2020, join three of our Youth Correspondents as they explore the history and natural wonders of the Heceta Head State Park (pronounced Ha-SEE-ta). This 1,000 foot high (300 m) picturesque headland is located along the Oregon Coast Highway 101 between Cape Perpetua and the Sea Lion Caves. It is one of the most photographed areas on the Oregon Coast and a great place to spot gray whales on their annual migration, which unofficially begins in March!
